For the past 20 years, he has been self-employed as change and crisis manager in more than 40 smaller and larger organisations in the Netherlands. This was followed by a period of 7 years of reflection on the past and also on what the future would hold. He met Cees Buys at Schiphol and has the ambition to be the first to realise this project in Ghana. This because Ghana has a lot of waste plastics and also a lot of people who have little or no right to exist there now. To prevent the flight to Europe, it is important to give the people there work and an income. With this Plastic2Oil project in Ghana and in fact in almost all African countries, this goal can be achieved.
